Chocolate Espresso Glaze

This glaze is a decadent addition to any baked goods, but pairs exceptionally well with Ann Clark Chocolate Chunk Scone Mix. The addition of espresso powder deepens the rich, nutty chocolate flavors of this glaze.

1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

3 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa

1 teaspoon Ann Clark Espresso Powder

2 tablespoons whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste

Whisk powdered sugar, cocoa and espresso powder until combined, in a medium bowl.

Slowly whisk, milk and vanilla, until smooth.

Pour over baked good and let set for about 30 minutes until firm.
