Lemon Glaze with Lemon Powder

Use this recipe on scones, cakes and donuts. Just be sure to cool the baked good before using. This can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

3 ¾ cups confectioner’s sugar

2 tablespoons Ann Clark Lemon Juice Powder

6-7 tablespoons whole milk

¼ teaspoon Ann Clark’s Lemon Flavoring

1 drop Ann Clark Yellow Gel Food Coloring (optional)

Whisk powdered sugar, powder, milk, flavoring and yellow coloring (if desired), until combined, in a large bowl.

Pour onto cooled baked good.
Enjoy!
Notes & Tips:
- To make ahead: Store up to 1 month in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature before using.
- Adjust with1 teaspoon milk if you need it thinner or 1 tablespoon powdered sugar if you want it thicker.
