Malted Milk Pancakes
These malted milk pancakes are malt-ificent! They’ll be sure to flip your morning into something extra special!

2 1/3 cup (9-ounces) all-purpose flour

¼ cup buttermilk powder

2 tablespoons malted milk powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt
-
1 cup water
-
3 large eggs
-
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Large Skillet or griddle

Whisk flour, buttermilk powder, malted milk powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt, until combined, in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk water, eggs and vanilla, until just combined, into the large bowl.

Whisk in the melted butter, until just combined, into the large bowl.

Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

Meanwhile, pre-heat griddle or large skillet, on medium-low, adjusted heat as needed. Lightly grease hot surface.

Pour about 1/8 cup batter onto the pre-heated and lightly greased griddle or pan, until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden, 1-2 minutes per side.

Serve warm and with desired toppings.
Notes & Tips:
- To make ahead: Make the day before; cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day
- Test one first to make sure griddle is hot
