Use a clean glass or metal bowl. Oil residue will prevent your meringue from forming into stiff peaks. We recommend using a stand mixer or electric mixer to whip the meringue.
Add 1 cup of meringue powder to the bowl, then ½ cup water. -

Whip on medium-high speed for 9-12 minutes, or until the meringue forms stiff, glossy peaks.

Gently add the meringue mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Bake at 225 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, or until firm.

Let cookies cool in the oven with the oven door closed for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
