Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

½ cup Ann Clark’s Strawberry Powder

¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon Ann Clark’s Clear Vanilla Extract

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/16 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
3 tablespoons sliced raw almonds

¾ cup diced fresh strawberries

Blender or large bowl and whisk

Combine milk, powder, yogurt, syrup, extract, juice and salt into a blender, on HIGH, until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Combine oats, flaxseed, chia, and almonds until combined in a large bowl.

Pour strawberry milk over the oat mixture; mix until combined.

Fold the fresh strawberries into the mixture

Place into a large container or into individual portioned containers, and store overnight and refrigerate.

Notes & Tips:
- To make ahead: Make the day before. Store, covered for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
- Any type of milk or sweetener works here.
