Strawberry Lime Margarita
This Strawberry Lime Margarita is pure paradise in a glass. Grab a glass, find some sunshine, and pretend you're on island time!

2-3 ounce whole limes (with thin skin), washed & quartered

1 cup cold water

½ cup Reposado Tequila
-
¼ cup agave syrup
-
¼ cup orange liquor such as Cointreau or Grand Mariner

1 ½ tablespoon Ann Clark Strawberry Powder, divided

1/16 teaspoon salt

Ice

2 margarita glasses

2 each lime wheels (from 1 lime)

Equipment Needed:

Place 2 whole limes, water, Tequila, agave, orange liquor, 1 tablespoon strawberry powder and salt in a blender on HIGH, until well blended, for about 2 minutes.

Pour lime mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.

Add the mixture to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

Add remaining 1 ½ teaspoons strawberry powder onto a plate.

Take lime wedge and rub over the top edge of the glass.

Flip the margarita glass over and dip top edge into the strawberry powered on the plate.

Pour lime mixture into the glasses evenly and garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes & Tips:
- To make ahead: This will hold in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use thin skinned limes for best results; the thicker the skin the more bitter the drink can get from the pith.
