1Prepare your ingredients. Fry two eggs along with two pieces of Canadian bacon (you can also use sausage or bacon if you prefer). Make an Ann Clark Belgian Waffle.
-
2 Add the Canadian bacon to one half of the waffle.
-
3 Add Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar on top of the Canadian bacon. We sandwiched the cheese between the bacon and the eggs so that it would melt more quickly.
-
4 Add two fried eggs on top of the cheese.
-
5 Drizzle with the sauce of your choosing-we drizzled with a spicy aoli. You can also use hot sauce or whatever sauce you prefer. Want to add some greenery? Arugula and spinach both pair beautifully with this sandwich.
-
6 Fold the waffle in half, and wrap in parchment paper to eat on the go. Enjoy!
