Vanilla Cake Cookies
This decadent cookie recipe could not be easier! Requiring just four ingredients, you can dust the cookies with Ann Clark Sanding Sugar to give them a little sparkle.

2 large eggs, room temperature

⅓ cup neutral oil, such as vegetable or avocado

1 cup Sprinkles, such as decorating sugar, sanding sugar or rainbow nonpareils or sprinkles

Preheat oven 350°F. Place parchment on 5 large, rimmed baking sheets.

Stir cake mix, eggs, and oil, until comes together as a dough, in a large bowl.

Place sprinkles in a small bowl.

Form dough into 1-inch balls (about 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon), roll in desired sprinkles, place 5 each on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven, until just set on the edges, 8 -10 minutes.

Cool cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes & Tips:
- Scoop the balls first, then hand roll for more even cookies
- Add ½ teaspoon of favorite extract for more flavor
- Be sure to give enough room on the sheet pan for the cookies to spread
